FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much does a wrap cost?

This depends on the car, and the specification. Each and every quote is completely unique and personal to you.

As a guide, a full wrap on a standard sized car is usually from £1850 +VAT, but please complete the form below for a free tailored quotation. The full process for a full wrap can take longer than 40-50 hours to complete (1 week).

Can you show me what it is going to look like before I purchase?

Our amazing 3D visualiser is available for most vehicles which will allow you to see your car wrap colour on a super-realistic 3D render, although there will always be a slight variation between a computer graphic and the real thing.

Is a courtesy car available?

A loan vehicle maybe available for you to use. Please ask at the time of booking.

How long does it take?

A full wrap is usually completed within 4-6 days depending on the complexity.

Do different colours cost more?

The majority of colours are the same price. However, special effect types of vinyl like flip colours and textured materials can be a bit more.

How do I look after a wrap?

This is very simple, just treat it like paint. You can still use your local car wash, pressure washers, and even some waxes and coatings. If anything, a wrapped car is even easier to keep clean. The best protection is a Ceramic PRO coating, ask us for a quote today.

Do you price match or offer sponsorship?

Our prices are very carefully calculated to ensure that the right amount of time, equipment, insurances and lastly, highly skilled installers are available for the installation. This gives us a consistently excellent approach, with reasonable prices but we cannot cut corners to save a bit of money, and we cannot offer the same quality at the price of a lower quality installer elsewhere.

We always encourage you to talk to us though, we will always go out of our way to help where ever we can. We also offer excellent promotional offers in our members area!

We do not offer sponsorships as such, but some projects we wouldn’t mind being involved in so it is always worth asking. Typically this involves vehicles with a value in excess of £80k or fall into the ‘extreme’ category.

What happens if I get a stone chip in the vinyl?

Be glad that the wrap protected your paint. Touch it up with a paint pen if you’d like or have the panel rewrapped which usually takes only a couple of hours.

How long does a wrap last?

This depends on the material chosen and how it is looked after, but the 3M range is designed to last 7-10 years without fading or deteriorating.

Do I get a warranty?

We offer a 12 month installation guarantee, and we are 3M Authorised and Llumar Certified, you automatically recieve the manufacturer material warranty, which is around 10 years.

How long does it take to remove a wrap?

A wrap removal usually takes about 6-8 hours, which is charged at an hourly rate.

Can you wrap any surface?

A vinyl wrap is designed to protect good paint, which means that smooth or painted surface can be wrapped. Black plastic or slightly textured surfaces have very low energy which makes them unsuitable for wrapping. It is also important for the surface to be in very good condition to prevent any imperfections.

Do I need to declare my enhancements to my insurers?

Yes, it is very important that you declare everything with your insurance company to ensure that your investment is protected. For the DVLA, only full colour change wraps require the V5 document to be amended which is a quick and free process.
